Awful. Awful. Awful. Appointment was at 11:30. Pulled in and sat in my car until someone finally greeted me at 11:45 by a rude associate. I was told that an Awful. Awful. Appointment was at 11:30. Pulled in and sat in my car until someone finally greeted me at 11:45 by a rude associate. I was told that an oil change and tire rotation would cost $130. Seems completely ridiculous. I was also told that it would take an hour which also seemed completely ridiculous for a simple oil change. It took 2 hours. After 2 hours I couldn’t find the associate who helped me. Zero communication. He tried to upsell me on about 5 more services at the end that I didn’t really need. Once I declined all the upsells, it took another 15 minutes to retrieve my car. I will not return to this overpriced, poorly staffed, nightmare of a business. More

Very friendly, but confusing. Three different people were contacting me via one phone number. People did not fully explain quote pricing versus Out the Door pricing with additio Three different people were contacting me via one phone number. People did not fully explain quote pricing versus Out the Door pricing with additional features added (pulse and data dots- with no option to opt out, added almost 1000 to car total). We had the quote price and agreed to that then when we got our OTD there was additional features on top of our taxes we were not aware of. The data dots specifically (an anti theft product) sounded like the dealership adds for their benefit and then charges to the customer. Also: it was not explained clearly that not all SE models have the same features and so we missed out on key features we were looking for from buying up to an SE from an LE (heated seats, blind spot monitoring, moonroof). Of note this is my first Toyota purchase, I have previously purchased vehicles that all models of one type have the same features with options of buy ups. More
