My brakes on my 2015 Toyota 4-runner have been replaced every 15,000 ( give or take) miles three times. Once it was covered under warranty. When I asked the service rep multiple times why, via email, I was told he was looking into it and dismissed, after 4 emails and zero responses, I physically went into Toyota and spoke to the manager who had my car inspected to see why this was occurring, nothing was wrong with my brake system, he acknowledged my brakes should not go bad so quickly, told me he would send me a spreadsheet with the types of brakes put on my car. Almost a month later after multiple emails and calls I received a spreadsheet with ? Marks even though the part numbers were on my invoices. I was told via email Toyota Corwin will only warranty brakes if they are making noises and from now on they will monitor my brakes with my routine oil changes. When I asked again for the type of brakes and pointed out again the part numbers were on the invoices and for the warranty, I never got a response. I have bringing my 4-runner to Toyota Boulder for 7 years for routine oil changes and my understanding was my brakes were looked at each time but according to the manager Corwin will now pay attention to my brakes. For representatives to stop communicating with customers when legitimate questions are being asked is to me as a loyal customer unacceptable. More

I called the day before to ask for a loaner car because my wife needed to leave immediately for appointments. This was granted by the manager. My wife then checked in the following morning and was told there was no loaner. I called the manager right away and he was not helpful. I had to insist vut by now 20 minutes later my wife was not goin to make her appointment. The manager then offered his own car but by now 30 minutes had passed. I said sure we'll take it...by the time that all happened the car was done. But it was 1 hour and change after arriving. My wife missed 2 appointments...They ard not well organized. More
I really step back at car dealerships and hold on to my wallet. I have to say I felt no pressure from the sales department. They fixed me up with exactly what I wanted. Cannot comment on the service department yet. I have no complaints with Corwin. More
The last 2 times I’ve come there, I’ve had appointments, I’ve showed up on time but the service advisor that I was assigned to that day was not at their desk. Someone else comes and ask if I’ve been helped and then they try to find the service advisor. Can’t find them so then a different person starts the check in process. This has happened both times I’ve been there. The first time was to get key fob programmed. That took 2 hours. Last appointment was for oil change and tire rotation. That took 1.75 hours. They are way too slow. I’m thinking about trying a different Toyota dealer next time to see if they’re managed better than the Boulder location. More
