In my most recent experience the service employee was great, but the manager, John, was rude. At points he was ignoring me to print out highlighted pieces of the owners manual instead of talking to me di great, but the manager, John, was rude. I think once he knew I was thinking of making a complaint to Toyota, he became a little kinder and offered me a discount for the services. Additionally, he never emailed me back. Overall I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership. I also was looking at buying my car here, but based on the crappy service I received, I ended up driving to another dealership to buy a brand new car. They were not hospitable and didn’t treat me as a valued customer. There was no follow up, and no real push to try and get the car I wanted. They lost my business. I live in Boulder but will be driving out of town to get my car serviced at a dealership with better employees. More
Frequently makes mistakes (lost wheel cap, stained seat with oil, left extra retaining ring in brake). Yet, charges 25% more in labor than any other dealer. Took 1 hour more than “estimated” when appointment was made. Couldn’t believe how many employees were either standing or walking around! My rating went up because they were willing to check the leak without a charge after I asked them to do an alignment and rotate the tires. Awful service, had to come back fo resetting my screen, because it showed I need to change oil after 13 days, they forgot. I made an appointment, they were waiting in a clean environment and took care of everything promptly and efficiently. A quick walk to Parkway Diner and back timed out perfectly.
