4 1/2 hours for an oil change and basic service. Had brakes replaced last year and have had squeaking and noises from day 1, literally as I drove off the lot. After 1 year and multiple service appts later checking it out I was told I just need to upgrade my brake pads as the standard pads just aren't good enough and causing the noise. Have consistently had good service at point of contact but subpar tech service and repairs iffy at best. Was told previously my windshield wipers needed to be replaced when they were brand new from week before, obviously the tech didn't even look and just tried upselling for items not needed. Gives me no faith that anything recommended is actually needed and I question quality of work on everything at this point. More

I waited for 20 plus minutes before anyone checked me in. I even notified an indoor employee of my wait half way through, but still waited more than 10 minutes after that. I had scheduled an appointment in advance, but unfortunately, no one greeted me when I arrived. I waited for about 15 minutes before I decided to go find someone to assist me.
