I did not have an appointment that day but was still able to get my car in on a busy Saturday. Even though Jennefer did not get my car in until 3:00, she stayed on it and made sure my car was finished and ba to get my car in on a busy Saturday. John did a fine job of researching my service history to resolve a problem I had with tires. He checked my car thoroughly, and presented me with several options. He also had his tech thoroughly check my car for any suspension or steering problems. He gave me a very good deal financially on some excellent Michelin tires. He kept me informed several times while I was waiting for the service. And he got me out quickly. I checked the blocks above as I did because I couldn't have been better satisfied with my service or happier that they got my car riding smooth as silk again. I would absolutely recommend their service department and John Whipple to handle any Toyota maintenance issues. More

I have always had my cars serviced at Dealers as I feel that any problems or issues can be dealt with on the spot. The two cars that I have (RAV4 and Venza) are my 4th and 5th Toyotas. My experience at the dealership is good, however it is not great. Currently you require me to schedule a visit for an oil change. Back when I owned a Subaru, every trip to the dealer, I learned to, when picking up the car, open the hood. EVERY visit, I would find a shop rag, a torque wrench, a screw driver, or some other tool left be learned to, when picking up the car, open the hood. EVERY visit, I would find a shop rag, a torque wrench, a screw driver, or some other tool left behind. No one seemed to be alarmed by this. When I bought my FJ at Boulder Toyota, I intended to most of my oil changes myself. After my first visit to the service department, that changed. Chris acts as if he really cares about my FJ, and my happiness with it. As I've made a few mods to the FJ over the years, I've learned to depend on his suggestions regarding how they might affect my warranty or practical use of the car. The techs I've met also are knowledgeable. One of my greatest FJ joys is picking up my truck after a service at Boulder Toyota and finding a sticky note on the steering wheel that says "Nice rig!". I intend to keep my FJ for many more years, but when I buy another car, it WILL be a Toyota, and I'll buy it at Boulder Toyota. Everyone I've worked with at Boulder Toyota is honest and reliable. As a business consultant, I see many many poorly run businesses. One of the things you notice about them is poorly run businesses can't keep good employees. That doesn't seem to be the case at Boulder Toyota. I recommend your business to friends frequently, and am very active on fjcruiserforum.com and yelp.com and compliment Boulder Toyota as often as I can. You guys deserve it. More
I appreciate the friendly greeting upon arriving, I have never been standing waiting for someone to help me. (Unless of course there are other people in line which is normal). The service always takes the amount of time I am told and I appreciate when the head of the service team comes to talk to me if there is anything my vehicle needs such as a battery or filter. I never feel I am being "sold" something I don't need. My questions are always answered. The customer service aspect of Boulder Toyota is excellent. I really appreciate the 3 oil changes/tire rotation/vehicle inspection for $75. It is a worthwhile purchase. I have mostly worked with Bill Waggle and he is always friendly, helpful, answers any questions I have. I recommend Boulder Toyota to others. In fact a friend of mine said they were going to switch and make the drive to Boulder to go to Boulder Toyota after me telling them about the great service. Thanks! More
