Every time I have been there, I have been greeted by a friendly staff member and not hassled. All the other people I encountered, while doing business there, were also friendly and helpful. I felt as though I was worked with very well, and always left happy. Every vehicle I have purchased has been exactly what I wanted/needed, and I got a more than fair price for them. I was hesitant coming in just for information, didn't want to be pressured to buy by seasoned male salesman, didn't want any BS, just info. Marissa was the real deal. Chris who helped with trade in was also very nice, kind and helpful. Rick was very friendly, gave me good info, things I didn't know. In the maintenance department outside Chris (with the long last name?) has taken care of me and my Prius for 8 years. He's a major part of why I didn't look at any other dealership for a car. He is beyond fabulous with how clear and honest he's been while my car was serviced, always explaining things clearly so I'd understand. Sometimes he even brought a worn out part to show me why I needed a new one. With all the horror stories of bad or fake car repairs, I've felt confident bringing my Prius to you. If Chris was busy with someone, I usually waited for him instead of talking to others (except Mike was helpful too)...trust is very important. More

Called to schedule 35,000 service on my Prius. Person scheduling service insisted (3 times) that an oil change was required at 35,000 in spite of the published maintenance recommendation. I asked severa scheduling service insisted (3 times) that an oil change was required at 35,000 in spite of the published maintenance recommendation. I asked several times that she verify the maintenance recommendations, but she insisted that the synthetic oil should be replaced every 5,000 miles (while the published schedule specifies 10,000). When I called the 'customer relations' representative (Sara Tubbs) to ask about the discrepancy she said that since I had purchased pre-paid oil changes they did them at every service appointment (or at least charged you for it at every appointment). When I explained that wasn't what Toyota recommended she became very angry and said the service person was new (and apparently not well trained ) then hung up. Take your vehicle to a reputable service department!!!! I'll never buy another vehicle from this shady dealer. More
This dealer advertised a car here on AutoTrader and on their own website with a price. I called to see if the car was still available (it was), confirmed the price and headed to the dealer. Upon arrival I was informed the price was a mistake and it was $2,000 higher. I don't know if this is normal business practice, but BAIT and SWITCH is bad business. I have no further experience as I left immediately. More
