Always In the know Took my Prius in for its 90,000 mile checkup. This was a big one that requires a lot of things to be done/changed. Dropping off the car was quick. Soon after I got to my office, I got a call from the tech saying I needed to have a belt replaced that was not part of the checkup. He let me know what was needed, why it was needed and the additional cost. This is what I love about having my car serviced at Larry H. Miller Toyota (which is not where I bought the car, by the way). They always keep you in the loop on what's being done and what needs to be done BEFORE they preform the work. No surprises when I went to pick up my car and, as usual, it was ready earlier than they had told me they'd be finished. The techs are always friendly, informative and punctual. Great service. More

I built a communicative and positive working relationship with sales person, Evan DeShong. Evan was great at keeping me informed and in always following through with the answers to my questions and concerns in a timely and responsible manner. They had the vehicle that I was looking for but not in the color that I wanted, and they worked hard for two weeks until they located the car and had it shipped to Boulder---they went above and beyond to service my needs as a customer and with no hassle negotiating that ended up with a competitive and fair price for the car. They earned my trust and loyalty and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and specifically my salesperson Evan DeShong, and the General Manager, Steve Doersam. Finally, when it came time for the detailed paperwork to complete the sale, I dealt exclusively with Ambez Miran who was also highly competent, professional, and did a good job of explaining what was needed to finalize the transaction. I remain a highly satisfied customer and will probably go back to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. More

Great experience, Nicholas George in sales rocks I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius here. I walked in to the dealer with the goal of price shopping, and walked out a few days later with a great I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius here. I had recently gotten a CPO from another dealer, but changed my mind and wanted to go green and get a more efficient vehicle. So I went in to Larry H Miller because they were the nearest reputable Toyota dealer to me. I was immediately helped, and received excellent customer care from the salesman Nicholas George. Nick was fantastic, and he's the reason I got the new car. Nick was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with, and worked around the clock to get me the best deal possible on the car that I wanted. There was no haggling, and Nick made sure to be straight with me about the options. List of customers shown me when I arrived DID NOT have me on it even though I had scheduled the service a week in advance. Last time in for service my wife waited for (2) hours without anyone coming to tell her the work was done. She inquired and they rushed the car through in 10 minutes and DID NOT change the oil (I looked at it when my wife got home - still dirty). A very poor experience. I told Melanie of this and she reacted well and made sure this service was done properly. I have been unable to get service thru' Chris Doerschlag as I used to. Scheduling process with Larry Miller is poor and the on-line scheduling did not work. A vote for Melanie and a vote against the servicing appointment process. Thanks for asking. John Bultena More
