The book said to have it woes to be serviced, which I did. In the tow truck we arrived at 5:00 pm and was able to get the car into the lot and sign paper work. My sister was with me with her luggage as I had been taking her to the shuttle to get to the airport, We had no ride to Longmont. When I asked about the nearest bus stop, Wayne volunteered to take us to Longmont. What a great guy. The repair work, broken water pump etc., was explained and promptly completed. Your shuttle picked me up at the scheduled time and I had my Prius back and running. thank you so much. More
