While there are many Toyota dealerships in the Denver/Boulder area, it's worth a trip to Larry Miller. The employees with whom I dealt truly care about customer satisfaction and happiness - which is a rare find these days! More

Service The last two muli-point inspections have checked washer fluid filled. Not true never touched. Also previous service tech indicated i needed new wiper blades. I find this interesting since i just replaced them. In addition said i needed new battery on 4runner. Battery was checked at interstate and they said it was fine. Whats going on here???? More

However, they simply should know more about the product, especially electronics They should know iPhone is not Qi wireless charge without an adapter, never got information about free Sirius, etc. and be willing to work with better pricing . I just needed a car, had ability to buy immediately and they refused any negotiation. They even tried to charge me above sticker price for an option to be installed at their dealership saying it was expensive to install locally rather than factory installed. When I went with check in hand to finalize, I told them I wanted sticker price or I would walk away, and they took off $70. I should have walked away from the whole deal, when they are the only dealership in the entire area not offering Veteran discount, nor TRueblue pricing. Since this was during the toyotathon, , I am sure they were looking to make up from the sale any prior concessions usually given After I made the purchase, and I know I accepted their offer because I just didn't want to haggle anymore, I found out I definitely could have done significantly better elsewhere for pricing. For this reason alone I will not recommend nor ever buy from them again. This is my 4th Toyota, and next time I will just play the haggle game. More
