Despite being great vehicles, none of them seemed quite right. After a few weeks of back and forth, what I realized was that what I really wanted was the same car I was replacing but newer and with all of Toyota's enhanced safety features. Scott was patient through the whole process, never gave up on me, and never pushed me to try to make a sale. He was knowledgeable, helpful and fully explained options but never made me feel like the sale was more important than my happiness with selecting the right vehicle. I called him before closing Monday night and by the next morning he had the perfect new Corolla on the lot, ready for me to test drive. It took me all of 5 minutes to know that this was exactly what I was looking for and purchased it the same day. I would be remiss, however, if I didn't mention the General Sales Manager, Chris, who thanked me for my purchase and gave me his card just in case I had questions, the GM, Kenny, who called to check in after I got home or Jess, the financial guru, who ran through the paperwork, warranties etc. in full detail but, again, without a hard sell. He made sure I fully understood what I was agreeing to and that I was comfortable with the choices I was making. I've come to LHM Toyota for years for servicing my old car and now am happy to have a reason to keep coming back. Great job, guys! Thanks for making it so easy! More

I discussed the possibility of getting a new vehicle with my better half and was on my way to the dealership. Met Will and was treated like a king. Will is personable and not, NOT, a hard sell car man. He's all about the customer. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I drove off with my new Tundra a happy, HAPPY, customer. This beast will haul or tow anything I need to haul or tow. The only disappointment is that the power resonance is lower than I had thought. Man! This truck ROCKS! It is an amazing ride, quieter than my 4Runner and the room in this cab is FABULOUS! Will bent over backwards to make sure my experience was a good one. If you can wrangle him in for a deal, do it! Most car salesmen loose interest once you start to ask a lot of questions, but John is different and he gives me accurate answers and in the few situations when he didn't have the answer he found the information and promptly got back to me.
