The other thing that I was looking for was to be treated with respect and honesty. I know that the car industry tends to have a bad name. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Schwennesen, he was actually the 4th dealership that I reached out to because they are the furthest Toyota dealership from where I live and work. Dan's level of professionalism was Amazing, what he said he would do, he did. I never had to ask a question more . He explained things to me in plain english and treated me like I mattered. When I got to the Finance department, the awesome service continued with Andrew. He walked me through every aspect of my what I would see in my paperwork,and patiently explained it all to me. I recommended a friend of mine there the same week because of the way that I was treated. Unfortunately, they did not have the car that he was looking for. I went with him to buy his car at a Toyota dealership in Aurora and that made me even more happy that I chose Dan at Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder. I was able to explain features of his new car better than the salesperson that he was dealing with because of the time that Dan took explaining my new car. When it came time to sign the final paperwork, I was sat down with a finance manager, who then encouraged me to purchase a number of extra warranty options. This felt a bit shady. I had spent a lot of time weighing various vehicles and upgrades, and then all of a sudden they were asking me to make a quick decision to spend more money on something that I hadn't had any time to review. It probably would have been more upstanding of the dealership to present me with a print out of the extra warranty options earlier on, so that I could take the time to read through it and really understand it. More
