I'm only giving this dealership 3 stars instead of 2 because we really enjoyed working with Greg Eastburn - when he showed up! We went to pick up our Toyota and waited well over an hour to see the finance department. By this time, we were too tired to receive our tutorial on how to actually operate the vehicle. When we arrived home, we realized that the company only gave us 1/4 tank of gas, the car wasn't charged at all, and there was no wiper fluid. Bad service on a car that cost over $30,000! We had made an appointment with Greg for a tutorial later in the week. After one hour he hadn't shown up or even called. Beth took over and was very helpful. He never ever called or explained why he missed this appointment despite the fact that the receptionist called him and left a message that we were waiting - it was like they had our money, so need need to help us any further More

Charlie was so easy to work with and took the time to explain financing options, packages, and got me an amazing rate. Ty was absolutely wonderful. I stopped by the dealership to take a look and he was immediately on hand to help. From giving me his personal number to answering any and all questions, he is by far the best person I have ever worked with at any dealership. A big thank you to Chris as well! Very professional and easy to communicate with. He even offered to give me a ride from Denver to pick up the new car from the dealer on his day off after fast tracking some window tinting. More
Ty was great... However I had some issues. Ty was so great to work with and was really helpful in getting me what I wanted for the price I wanted. I was wary coming back to this dealership after a bad experience with another salesman, but Ty listened to all of my concerns, desires and reservations and he and Chris got me what I wanted in the end. Charlie was also very nice, and was great with my daughter as we signed all of the paperwork. My issue was that when the dealership took ownership of my trade, they posted a picture of it on their website, with my license plate in full view. I work in the insurance industry, and I know what kind of information can be obtained with just a license plate number. I also know that plate theft is on the rise, and I had planned on using my old plates for my new car. When I noticed it I called immediately and asked them to take it down. Ty was very apologetic and contacted his manager on his day off which was wonderful. I called again on Monday and spoke with Chris and he assured me it would be taken care of. By Thursday, it was still up there, and I was more than irritated, I was livid. I had an appointment to get leather put into my car, and I took the time to go talk to someone (I honestly don't remember his name). I had to threaten to call a lawyer to get them to remove the picture, and now I don't feel comfortable using the same plates for this car anymore which means I now have to buy new ones. This is no reflection on Ty and his customer service. He was wonderful! Something fell through the cracks though, and unfortunately I don't think I will purchase another car from this dealership. On a side note, Rork in the service department was the best. When I got the leather seats put into my car, he was incredibly kind, and helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. I cannot sing his praises enough. More
