I have never worked with a more incompetent dealership. We bought 3 vehicles from them over the course of 3yrs and every one of them ended up having issues right off the bat. One of our trucks wasn't even serviced before they left us buy it. We came back in with an array of problems to which they tried to make us pay $400+. When confronted the service manager at the time even said, "oh nothing was even done with this when we got it." They had ZERO records of anything but detailing done to it, and we had to bring it back in within a week for almost an entire in depth service. Flash forward to the next vehicle, they started off by royally messing it up by putting the wrong oil in. That caused repeated issues with censors and other things for MONTHS. They got their hands on it one more time before we went somewhere else and messed it up even MORE. Now, driving across country to move, we broke down in Bath, NY because of THEIR negligence and horrible servicing. They take no responsibility and continue to let their service department damage vehicles, or just completely ignore them and put them on the lot. They aren't only negligent, they're not safe. I'm so glad we moved and will never deal with them again. Good riddance. More
This is the most ATROCIOUS DEALERSHIP that I have ever seen or dealt with. Once a vehicle is sold to the customer, getting service help, for the purchased vehicle is zero to none! I would not go back to this dealership ever again. They left my air intake tube unhooked when the changed the air filter and when I told them about it they became dismissive and then defensive. I do not trust the service manager or the oil change technicians. The general manager of the dealership never even reached out. They also say they will pay you 100$ for sending someone In to buy a vehicle but never paid me that either. Go to Don K or Karl Tyler. They will give you a warranty that Corwin will charge you extra for. More

Just terrible service. Purchased 4 vehicles in 2.5 years. Get the coating protection. Got a rock chip Thursday and called. No response. Called and got Nate, took it to him Wednesday. Irresponsible, Does not follow GM standards, Messy, damaged RO number 1909 Technician: Lonnie Reasons for visit - Power steering concern Did not perform standard inspection of vehicle Failure to diagnose co RO number 1909 Technician: Lonnie Reasons for visit - Power steering concern Did not perform standard inspection of vehicle Failure to diagnose concern correctly Failure to duplicate concern as per instructions Damaged personal property - light bar is scratched, wiring under the vehicle damaged causing auxiliary lights to flicker and be dim. Pod lights behind the grill which was removed for servicing access were damaged. Trash between the seats - the technician took vehicle to gas station, ate lunch in my vehicle and left the trash between the seats - Lonnie how was the corndog? Technician did not fill out inspection form as per GM standard resulting in lost time. Service Manager - Dismissed claim, says they accept no responsibility for their techs actions, or for the damage to vehicle. Vehicle was sent in prior to a cross country trip to Texas with a power steering return hose failure, Travis the service writer assured me he would take care of us. They called with the misdiagnosis of the hose being responsible due to age. I informed him that I am a GM manufacturer trained technician as well as Porsche Technician hence the move to Texas being for work. There should be no reason the return side should see pressure enough to force a ratcheting hose clamped hose off. Due to time constraint we had them just replace the pump. I had asked Travis specifically to make sure an Inspection was done, which did not happen. After receiving the vehicle and beginning our drive a family member noted the steering felt very wrong and if the dealer had said anything about it. Which they did not. Lonnie should have noted that when he went to lunch in my vehicle again, against the rules. Upon 4 wheel drive being activated my family member almost hit the ditch. I'm suspecting ball joints and control arm bushing. This resulted in us having to park my vehicle and borrow my grandfather's truck so that he can have my truck sent off to another shop to have the front end done and trade back when it's all done (w/reimbursement of course) 1,800+ miles one way. Thanks Eisinger for the wasted time and lack of owning up to your faults. Will never recommend. More

I have worked with Jody Hays for more than 13 years. After having my 2004 Chevy Colorado towed from Marion to Eisingers on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, having a water pump replaced. I picked up my Chevy Colorado around 5:00 P.M. On Wednesday, July 19, 2017. On Thursday, July 20, 2017, I was driving through Kalispell on the way to Great Falls, as I had a Pre-Op Appointment at 9:00A.M. on Friday, July 21, 2017, when my ABS Error Warning Message came on. I quickly drove over to Eisingers, and Jody was able to fit me in and a bearing was the culprit. It was 11:00 A.M., and had me back on the road by 12:30 P.M. Jody Hays is a woman of integrity, and I trust her completely! She is amazing! While I was waiting and looking at at small SUV's, Michael Ulbricht approached me and asked me if I may need some help. I explained to Michael that as soon as my Colorado is fixed. I had to be on my way to Great Falls, get a hotel, and make my 9:00 A.M. Pre-Op Appointment on Friday, July 21, 2017, for my surgery at 6 A.M. On Friday, August 4, 2017. Michael asked me if I had ever considered a Buick Encore? He added that he had a new 2016 Buick Encore that I should really take a few minutes to test drive, and guaranteed that I would be back before my Colorado would be ready for pick up! It was the best test drive that I have ever experienced! Michael was highly versed on that Buick Encore, and he was more than able to answer all my questions regarding the Encore and the complete package that we were test driving that perfect AWD! And surprisingly, we did get back before my Colorado was ready for pick up. I told Michael that I was was interested, but I wanted my wife to see the Encore and to test drive it. I told him that with my wife's schedule and my Pre-Op appointment, I didn't think that I would get back until some time Friday evening, therefore we wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. I was so Blessed with a quick Pre-Op Appointment, so I called Michael and told him that I was heading back from Great Falls and asked him if he could have a copy of the Window Sticker for me to pick up around 3:30 P.M.? When I dropped by at 3:30 P.M., Michael had the copy of the Window Sticker ready for me, and also explained that he had put in for vacation time with his family some time ago. He also stated that he wanted me to work with Curt Lemke, who has been with Eisingers for many years. Michael also told me that Curt was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Buick Encore, always goes the extra mile, a man of integrity, and more than capable of putting a successful offer on the 2016 Buick Encore that my wife and I would be very happy with! When my wife and I came in on Monday, Curt took us for a test drive with my wife, Mary at the wheel. She really liked the Encore, and Curt spent all the time needed to answer all my wife's questions after her test drive! We noticed a ResistAll EnviroGuard-Next Generation place mat on Curt's Desk, and he broke it down so nicely, we also purchased a $800.00 seven year policy for our 2016 Buick Encore. Curt arranged for the ResistAll to begin right away so that the Encore would be ready for pick up at 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 24, 2017, when we would be bringing in the check from The Park Side Credit Union. When my wife and I came back on Friday to pick up the Encore, Curt asked if he could go over all the features of the Encore so that she would be confident and informed on safely being able to be in complete control driving her new Encore home. Curt Lembke is indeed a man of integrity, always willing to go the extra mile, concerned with the safety and informing his customers to the locations of all buttons and switches, what they operate, and making sure that the customer is confident and informed enabling a safe a calm ride home! Curt was a intrigal member of the Eisinger Motor's Team. He is the reason why we bought the 2016 Buick Encore. He is an awesome CLOSER! More
