This was the best car buying experience in all our years of buying cars. Matt Eisinger got us financing with a local bank, David Kellogg & Curt Lembke were not only friendly, but very informative. They to of buying cars. Matt Eisinger got us financing with a local bank, David Kellogg & Curt Lembke were not only friendly, but very informative. They took the time to find out what we were looking for, but also how we plan to use the rig. They treated us more like family, then just customers. After the sale, Curt took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle. He made sure we knew where everything was and how it operated. He set up our phones to blue tooth also. Again smooth buying experience, with no pressure. Thanks Marcial and Pam Spokane Valley Washington More
I went to buy a new car and ended up having to have it brought in - when it arrived it was different than what I thought I ordered. I was not happy at all about this miscommunication. I said I wasn't lea brought in - when it arrived it was different than what I thought I ordered. I was not happy at all about this miscommunication. I said I wasn't leaving until they made it right - and they did. No problem, they all bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. I was very happy with the outcome - Matt in finance was a great help as well. I would buy another car there someday based on this - and I hope the service dept is as good. More
Took my car in for what seemed like a transmission issue. The service department were friendly at first and seemed to listen to what I had to say. The car went in and I sat in the waiting area. 2 hours later The service department were friendly at first and seemed to listen to what I had to say. The car went in and I sat in the waiting area. 2 hours later I asked about the progress; nothing yet. Another 2 hours and again nothing. "Can't replicate the problem" is the answer I got. They talked me into leaving the vehicle with them, saying that if I knew of a problem and drove it anyway I would void the warrenty. So I left it with them. Now on the second day they still couldn't find anything wrong. Left it with them a second day. Oh, did I mention this is my families only car? They offered me one of their "courtesy vehicles" that turned out to be a rental at $60/day but I found one at enterprise for $40/day; they matched the price. Its now the weekend and I've got a rental. Monday arrives and I finally have to call them about 4:00 p.m. that evening to find out when they were looking under the vehicle they found a leaking pump and some play in the front differential. They told me that they had to take apart the differential and the transmission to verify the problem, ok pretty normal so far. Now the warrenty won't cover the looky-look part unless something is wrong. I had them take it apart and they indeed did find a leaking pump and bad berrings in the differential. Warrenty coverd that. Sweet. But it was supposed to take 2 days to repair the stuff they found wrong. Its been 7 days since my car went in for service and I finally got the call it was done and ready. I went to pick it up and they gave me the bill. The warrenty covered the expensive stuff but it didn't cover the oil change that I didn't ask for or the oil filter. Do you really need to drain and change the engine oil to fix a transmission? I'm not a mechanic but I have been under vehicles before and can find my way around under there. 16 years in the military will teach ya that. So I'm not paying for the oil change right. They also tell me that the mechanic broke a bolt off in the manifold while he was removing it to take apart the transmission, one that I've gotta pay for. Ummm...nope. not gonna pay for his mistake. He's gonna have to eat that bill. The bolt they broke was apparently made of gold or something because they were charging me $7.00 for it. Could get the same bolt at NAPA for $1.76. I paid for the rental and left. They still send me bills and call me for the other stuff but you know what. That's the price of doing buisness with some one who knows that they are swindleing every dime they can get out of people. I would never recommend them to anyone. I took my vehicle to another dealer after I had the exact same issue and they treated me very fair. Its about 10 miles north of kalispell and a dealer of the same brand of vehicle that eisinger sells go there, you'll be much happier and get a fair deal. Oh and now my vehicle works like a charm after they fixed the transfer case where the problem was. Knew it right when I told em the issue. Don't ever go to eisinger. More
bought a used vehicle from eisinger. they didn't do anything on this vehicle between the old owner and me except to wash the engine. we took it to have the oil changed two days after we bought it, and anything on this vehicle between the old owner and me except to wash the engine. we took it to have the oil changed two days after we bought it, and they said that it hadn't been done in quite a while, they also said that the top of the engine(where you could see it from above) was very clean, but the bottom was filthy. there were multiple problems with the car and we have had to take it back several times and it still isn't working right. DO NOT GO TO EISINGER FOR ANYTHING is my advice. More
Salesperson was friendly and helpful, at first. Then got "hostile" while trying to work out price!! Finally, thought we had everything settled, when I came back to finalize deal (with title and check), the "hostile" while trying to work out price!! Finally, thought we had everything settled, when I came back to finalize deal (with title and check), the price had been raised $500!! I tried to get a rational explanation, and have a discussion, but she finally said "take it or leave it"!! I DID GO TO ANOTHER DEALER TO BUY!! It's too bad that a business keeps this type of person as THEIR REPRESENTATIVE!! More
