He promised us he would teach us how to work everything and he has kept his word. Every now and then we have something we don't understand and he takes time to make sure we understood. Even last month I had a problem when I was driving. When I got home I called Curt. He came out to my house and helped me make sure I was driving it in the right gear. Sadly, we wont be buying any more cars; this is our last one. We value what Curt has done to help us enjoy it. More

We weren't sure what vehicle we were going to buy when we starting looking but Burt listened to us and wanted to make sure that the vehicle we purchased met our needs. He is professional, courteous and just a great guy to work with. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. After we purchased the car, he spent a good deal of time going over all the options, helping us get our phones set up with the Blue Tooth, etc. Thanks Burt. We are really enjoying our new Buick Enclave. More

Good Experience Second Time Around We worked with "Digger" in buying a used vehicle. Initially, we had a poor experience with management but our experience with Digger was excellent. We worked with "Digger" in buying a used vehicle. Initially, we had a poor experience with management but our experience with Digger was excellent. After a cool down period, another look at Eisenger was done. I contacted Digger and had an excellent experience with finding a vehicle. We met with the management and they were very apologetic with our bad first experience and had put changes into their system to prevent future problems like we experienced. All personnel were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they were responsible for. The second experience was more inline with what was initially expected and was as good as any car dealership we have dealt with. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

weapon taking out of truck, I called mr. Eicinger to let him know I had put out a police report that MY wepon was taking out of m0y brand new 2014 chevy high country truck, He sa I called mr. I am a fedearl officer and I put it in the truck center bok up front . I was wating for it but I did not look for it a gaing for about two months. I have it there all the time. and I keep it in m,y garage locked. never had a window broke out of it. they missed my hand cuffs and 4 extra mags. I did file the police report and the cop told me well you did wate too long sorry. I paid over $1250.00 for it and the holster It was my back up gun that I care off duty. I just think he should have a least looked in to it and ask his people ion the service shop I had it in ther for my front tire blow out. need it replaced. Dont trust there service DEPT. I have never in my 35 yers of going in to a dealer steal any thing from me. More

I bring my 2008 silverado truck to diagnose the problem I'm having on my truck, it talk them 2 hour's just to find out what is the problem. my point is, what is the use of the scanner if you can't find the I'm having on my truck, it talk them 2 hour's just to find out what is the problem. my point is, what is the use of the scanner if you can't find the problem, before I talk it there I already have an Idea what is the problem is, cause my cruise control quit working, it simple is that, so after 2 hour's of waiting the guy told me they found the problem and charge me $90 just for diagnose it, and find the problem, I ask how much is parts and labor he say's its gonna be $170, so ask him if I buy the parts how much it is, he say's $22, so I buy the parts and do it my self. More
