When we dealt with Burt, had had his work cut out for him because there was a lot of sentimental value tied to our trade-in and a ton if importance on the car we were to buy. He demonstrated tremendous patience - patience we tested to the ultimate, as we looked at and test-drove a number of cars. I actually felt bad for the guy, but he stuck with us and was all smiles through the whole process. Thanks, Burt, for helping us get the right car - one we'll probably have for fifteen or twenty years to come. We appreciate you helping us to choose one that we absolutely love. More

Now I have an oil leak and they say it is the "oil lines", and they need to be replaced. I did not have this before they changed the oil, this doesn't seem right. I probably would not question it but I originally took the car in the first part of December for the recall and a message on the dashboard saying to check the 4 wheel drive. I was told that they could fix the recall item when I made the appointment. After taking the car in they said they didn't have time to do it as scheduled, and they checked the 4-wheel drive and said it needed a part and they would order it and call me when the part was in - I have a bumper to bumper warranty and Mr. DeBoer asked me to email it to him. I emailed it to him four (4) times with no response from him. The weather was bad and it was the holidays so I sort of let it slide, then called on January 19th and was told that the part came in on the 11th of Dedember, so I made another appointment to have the recall item fixed, and the 4-wheel part installed. I also told them I needed an oil change and they said that they could do it all on the 15th. After I picked up the car the message on the dashboard still continually said to change the oil, and the car is leaking oil so I just went in without an appointment. Mr. DeBoer had someone check it, then he came in and said the oil leak was from a brokent oil line. He showed me how to reset the dashboard message and said he would order the oil line, and call me when it was in. Now, I question if the oil was actually changed, if I really needed the 4-wheel drive part, and if they changed the oil why didn't they reset the dashboard message at that time? The oil line was ok before, why would it now be broken. Something just doesn't seem right. To top it all off they advertise they will wash your car with each service - the first and second time "the washer wasn't working", the last time, whoever did wash it washed it with a window down leaving my back seat and everything totally soaked. The wash job was worse that having a two year old just turning a hose on it. I was going to go back in and tell them but I was so angry I just mopped up the worst of it and left. Should I go back to this dealership - ever????? More
Persistance Pays Off I worked with Anthony Juliano on a 2005 Ford F-150 FX4 recently and at first, didn't think we were going to be able to make things work. But as I kept I worked with Anthony Juliano on a 2005 Ford F-150 FX4 recently and at first, didn't think we were going to be able to make things work. But as I kept with it, so did Anthony. I had a 2002 Tundra to sell before I could do anything. I had a private party that was interested but it wouldn't cover the entire payoff of my Tundra and so I was not sure what to do. Anthony was an "outside the box" thinkier and suggested that they cover the remainder of the payoff and roll that into the F-150 that I wanted to buy. Long story short, the persistance of me wanting to buy that F-150 and Anthony's assitance in making that happen resulted in me going home with the truck I wanted. Thanks Anthony! Jared More

Working 30 minutes from where I lived was difficult so I needed a car quickly. After pulling into the parking lot I spotted a 2005 Chevy Malibu. Burt came out and before I knew it I was test driving it and soon after we were inside filling out paper work. Burt made buying my first new car a very fun and enjoyable experience. More

I would definitely go back The whole experience with Paul Heidegger at Eisinger Motors was great. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely go back to him in the future. I was looking for a specific truck and he found the perfect fit. He made the process easy and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that he was patient and cared about personal service as I needed to think about the process while we went through buying a truck. It was my first time buying a truck from a dealership, so I didn't quite know what to expect, so Paul helped me each step of the way and made sure my wife and I were happy. More
