Family, Loyalty, and Hassle Free Buying I went in with a long list of specific options I needed. I wasn't going to settle and buy a truck I didn't truly want, and Digger assured me he would I went in with a long list of specific options I needed. I wasn't going to settle and buy a truck I didn't truly want, and Digger assured me he wouldn't let that happen. After a few days of searching inventory and trying to meet my demands, I found the truck. I told him I wanted to day or two to discuss it with family and to let them look at it. When we arrived to show them, I was greeted by Digger and Jason who made them all feel welcome. I found out that later that night Digger was involved in a serious accident and it was unknown how long until he could return. On Monday I was contacted by Paul Anderson, who assured me that any deal I made would benefit Digger only, as I was his customer. This spoke wonders to me about Eisingers family dynamics and loyalty within their dealership. Later that evening I stopped again to look at the truck I ended up buying, however none of the dealers were there as it was past closing. Jason grabbed a set of keys anyway, and took me out to show me the truck. He told me where he need to be on the truck and based upon my research was very fair in the price. I didn't have to haggle, I wasn't given a time frame that the deal had to be made in, just straight forward hassle free buying. I was able to complete the deal with Paul in the following days. I received a phone call this last weekend from Digger, who I was delighted to here is back to work. I can't say enough about how courteous and friendly the entire staff was. More

My husband called and spoke to Michael the Saturday before, he kept in contact with us until we were able to meet him on Tuesday. When we got there, all of the employees were very helpful. My husband took the 2 older kids on the test drive while the baby and I stayed back. The dealership had a very nice waiting area, clean bathrooms, and pretty well stocked snack and coffee bar. When they returned from the test drive, Michael was very helpful, polite, and accommodating to our family while they worked on the purchase. We then met with JD who helped us with all of the paperwork, and completed the sale. Before we left Michael made sure my husband was familiar with all of the features on his new truck. We had a great experience at Eisinger's and would recommend them highly to anyone in the Montana / Idaho area. We left there with a very happy family and a beautiful new to us truck that didn't break the bank! Hands down most fun I have ever had on a Tuesday!!! More
