He promptly contacted us when the vehicle we were interested in became available, answered our questions about the vehicle, and ensured that our small concerns about the vehicle were addressed before we left. Mr. Juliano did this despite the dealership being very busy and at no point made the sale feel rushed or pressured. We were purchasing a starter car for our daughter and set a small budget, but felt like we had received the same attention as we would have if we were making a much larger purchase. They also took the time to find a financing option that was a much better than our pre-approval. It was a very nice touch that Mr. Juliano offered to follow up on the sale when our daughter first brings the vehicle in for service by giving her a tour of the service area. We would without hesitation recommend this dealership to our friends. More
