Great Experiance at Eisinger Motors June 30, 2016 While we were on vacation from Denver Colorado to Montana we noticed sometimes our 2000 GMC Sierra 2500 was shifting hard on the upshif June 30, 2016 While we were on vacation from Denver Colorado to Montana we noticed sometimes our 2000 GMC Sierra 2500 was shifting hard on the upshifts and we were towing a 12 foot trailer. Before heading back to Colorado we decided it probably would be a good idea to get the transmission serviced. We called the service department at Eisinger Motors around 7:30am the morning of June 23 and they said to bring it on in. The day before we had called another dealership and they said they could possibly work us into their schedule. Being from out of town we were relying heavily on Google. Ended up Eisinger’s was closer. While our truck was being worked on my wife and I decided to walk around the lot at Eisinger’s and check out the new trucks. Since both of us are getting close to retirement and not sure exactly what our future held we decided to look at the one ton trucks. As we were walking around looking at the trucks a salesperson came out to see if we needed any help. We explained our truck was in getting serviced and we were just checking out the new trucks and doing a bit of daydreaming about our retirement future. The salesperson introduced himself and our journey with Anthony began. After some discussion we had our basic needs figured out which was, a one ton, 4 doors, standard bed and this time around a diesel. Anthony located a Chevrolet that fit all our needs except the one thing we forgot to tell him, we don’t want white. Anthony said he could check his network; there may still be the perfect truck for us out there. A few minutes Anthony comes out with a printout, the truck he found had everything we wanted and more, and it was the right color. So now it was time for a test drive and the Chevy was everything we wanted except the color so took that truck for a spin. Both of us were very impressed after the test drive and decided it was time to run some numbers and see if we could come to terms. While we were running the numbers between us and management we had time to talk and really get to know each other, we were now calling Anthony AJ. Everyone we met at Eisinger was very nice, helpful and friendly, but there is something special about AJ who started out as our salesperson was quickly becoming a good friend. We also met AJ’s wife who works at the dealership as well. The numbers were in, we got a fair deal on our trade and with the rebates from GM the 0% financing for 60 months sealed the deal. AJ made the call to have the truck in Missoula brought to Eisinger in Kalispell. After all the papers were signed we were introduced to Julie the Accessories person. She showed us what we were looking for and also Eisinger had them in stock which was very important to us since we were heading back to Colorado the next morning. Our truck showed up shortly before closing, but Brody the detail person stayed late to make sure our new truck looked its very best. Julie came back to install all our accessories and made sure everything was perfect for us. Once the truck was rolled out in the lot AJ spent time with us explaining how everything in the truck worked, he even helped us through the OnStar enrollment. This is a great dealership and when it’s time to replace our SUV more than likely we will come back (1,100 miles) to Eisinger as long as AJ is there to sell us the car. GM can be very proud to have a dealership like this selling and representing their products and a salesperson like AJ working for Eisinger. It is very comfortable, great customer lounge, great knowledgeable and friendly people with no high pressure. We were totally relaxed all day. Thanks to AJ we now have the perfect truck that will take us into retirement. Before ending this I’ve got to tell a little bit about driving our truck with the trailer back to Colorado. With my old truck I always felt it either tugging or pushing, but not this rig, I kept looking in my rearview mirror to make sure the trailer was still there. Once out on the highway I set the cruise control, I have never had a truck stay right on the set point in both going up or down. The drive back to Colorado was just amazing, it handled like a dream and with all the amenities inside the cab it was just a total joy for my wife and I. The miles coming back just melted away and before we knew it we were pulling into our driveway. Our experience from start to finish has been an outstanding one, and many thanks to AJ for everything he did to help make this truly positive and memorial moment. Sincerely, Bob & Donna More
