Bought my car and two days later there was a check engine light. Brought the vehicle back in to get it looked at. Did not get my car back for 3 weeks. Every time I called or drove to the dealership to check light. Brought the vehicle back in to get it looked at. Did not get my car back for 3 weeks. Every time I called or drove to the dealership to check on the vehicle I was told “it will be done tomorrow”, I heard that over 10 times from multiple different workers. Overall terrible experience especially for it being my first time using a dealership. More

They falsified documents on a vehicle stating the vehicle was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignor was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignored or falsified. Those issues were “fixed” two months later, and failed again. They refused to correct the mistakes. They have lost my business and everyone I know will know about this experience. More
