Brought car in for service and they rotated my tires. They apparently aired my tires up too high. Left the dealership and my sensor went off. Brought it right back and left and before I got onto the inte They apparently aired my tires up too high. Left the dealership and my sensor went off. Brought it right back and left and before I got onto the interstate it happened again. When I arrived home my husband had to take care of it since all tires were inflated to different levels not one the same as the other. Annoying to waste my time and be charged for this. More

Reached out in an attempt to gain assistance with the dissatisfaction of warranty work being done by one of his service techs. AJ insists we are to pay for a part that was broken by their tech while doi dissatisfaction of warranty work being done by one of his service techs. AJ insists we are to pay for a part that was broken by their tech while doing extended warranty work. The vehicle was brought in for warranty work only that is to be fully covered. In addition, they tried to upsell brakes and rotors at a cost of $1300 when brakes were replaced three months ago and are at 7mm (10mm is new, 2mm is totally worn). The lack of communication and level or arrogance is deeply unprofessional. More
