Reached out in an attempt to gain assistance with the dissatisfaction of warranty work being done by one of his service techs. In addition, they tried to upsell brakes and rotors at a cost of $1300 when brakes were replaced three months ago and are at 7mm (10mm is new, 2mm is totally worn).
