I think Stephanie one your service team are polite and professional. The installation work was good. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: First, I don't feel safe at your facility because y professional. The installation work was good. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: First, I don't feel safe at your facility because you don't follow COVID safety protocols. Seriously, is your business the place to make political statements? I have health issues, and your shop terrifies me. Second, everybody at Freedom Honda seems lost in paperwork. It was hard to order parts and hard to schedule installation. I'd love to have some body work done, but Freedom Honda told me to go to the Chevy place nearby for body work. Chevy said they don't do body work either. Let me know when I can get some body work done. Nick More

Danny is so professional, friendly and our favorite person at Honda. The light on my Honda indicated a low tire. Danny called to say all of the 4 tires had been checked as well as the valve stems.
