The service was good until i picked up my truck, window left down front seat full of snow, and camper top lock was forced open because they didn’t see the key on the fob. Said they never touched to camper door, not true as they had to open the camper door to open the tailgate to do the backup wiring harness recall, asked connor to call me back with an explanation, never got a call back or an apology. Got a call from the dealer customer service woman, jennifer, explained what happened, she said she would look into it and get back to me, she never did, left her a couple voicemails and texts, again, no apologies for the damage and no call back from either jennifer or conner. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have before and after photos showing it wasnt damaged before i dropped it off and that it was after i picked it up. I had to dissasemble the lock and repair it my self. This is my dealership where i bought my truck, this is where i go for service, I need to know I can trust them to do the work correctly and respect my truck and me. Will I be back? I honestly don’t know. Maybe if Someone acknowledges the situation and i get an apology and an assurance it will not happen again. Right now I don’t feel like a valued customer. More

It all started with an oil change back in February and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed the way it was. I simply went in for a oil change and after getting home I noticed grease stains in the fabric it side. To get that fixed, they put a hole in the top fabric liner. To get that fixed, they did not seal all the rubber around the doors and left huge bubbles in the fabric liner. All awhile I am calling Honda Corporate, the service managers (Warren and Shawna), the general store manager (Curtis) and customer service (Jennifer) and I have not gotten a single call back from anyone! If this is not called bad service, I am not sure what is. More
