I was told my warranty covered an issue. After I returned for a repair I was then told the basic warranty didn’t cover it, but the extended warranty I pay extra for did, but it would cost $1 After I returned for a repair I was then told the basic warranty didn’t cover it, but the extended warranty I pay extra for did, but it would cost $100. I agreed. Then I was told neither warranty covered the issue, and the repair would cost $750. It’s ridiculous that a car with only 37,000 has had as many issues as this car as had. However, Vanessa kept me updated every step of the way and offered to have my car dropped off for me so I didn’t have to find someone to drive me back. More
