My experience with the quick lube team is outstanding. They are incredibly responsive. Their quotes are accurate. I almost always go with their recommendation for service. As to the dealership, my opinion is very different. All day sitting at the dealership, not one salesman approached. No one even asked if I was in the market for a new vehicle. What a missed opportunity for you guys. As to the service department at the dealership. (not quick lobe. ) I have never had a phone message returned. The people on the other side of the phone or not pleasant. It's a very different experience. I would highly recommend the service team. Be put underneath quick lube or at least do some training with them. Because the quick lube guys are amazing. More
