Before my wife and I drove 240 miles to purchase a used vehicle, I was concerned about potential corrosion on engine compartment components which were not pictured on the internet. Mario went the "extra mile" to text me a few extra pictures and a short video showing the engine compartment of the vehicle I was interested in. Despite the fact I could have been considered a "low probability" buyer at that time, Mario's extra effort and additional information made it easier for my wife and I to make the journey. We ended up choosing a different F150 Platinum in excellent condition and were very pleased with our overall experience at Corwin Ford. More

He really listened to the details that were most important to us (price and gas mileage) as well as the other features we wanted (backup camera and heated seats if possible). He showed us all the cars we wanted to see, took us on two test drives, and the experience was awesome. We got a higher-end, really nice used car, with really good warranties, for a reasonable price.
