!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Corwin Ford, and perhaps more specifically, Jared Hancock a sales manager, sold my wife a used 2013 Subaru Outback in exchange for our 2017 BMW X3, on July 27 for $6,776.89. specifically, Jared Hancock a sales manager, sold my wife a used 2013 Subaru Outback in exchange for our 2017 BMW X3, on July 27 for $6,776.89. On July 28th, LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, it breaks down and strangers are needed to help my wife push it into a safe parking space! When they took a brief look at the car, they claimed that there is nothing wrong with it--which makes no sense--as the car wouldn't have broken down in the first place if that was accurate. They refused to take the car back, or even exchange it for another in equal value. They even had the gall to try and offer a "trade in" at a considerably lower value. Seriously, who wouldn't be offended by this? And why would I even seriously consider buying another car from them after this? Furthermore, I found their overall customer service to be abhorrent as there was little to no concern of there being anything they can do to be of further assistance. I expect that the car will continue to have the same problems with breaking down in the days to come. I feel that this is a "Major Defect", and should be covered under the "Implied Warranty" laws (RCW 62A.2-314). We are planning on reaching out to a Lemon Law Attorney soon regarding this case. When told that I was planning on doing this, the sales manager simply said, "well, if that's what you need to do." He clearly did not care about what just happened to us, and offered no conversation to try and ameliorate the fact that they just sold us a car that broke down in less than a day. I would HIGHLY caution any customer considering this dealership. They clearly don't care about their customers and are willing to sell you Lemons with no regard to how it effects their business after the fact. I hope that I will be able to win my case in court when that day comes soon, and will be reaching out the BBB about this case. More
Arrived at dealership on June 28th to look at 2016 Ram 3500 was told by salesman that he could not find the keys but wanted us to look at another truck . We left with out looking at the truck that we were interested in. We arrived on the 29th and talked to a different salesman Jordan he found keys right away. Was told detail had been completed and been inspected in the shop. Ask for new tires and tailgate handle repaired. Was told no problem. So I purchased truck and then found out truck had not been through the shop yet. Left truck at dealership for inspection, tires and tailgate repair. No updates from Jordan . I call three days later and was told it takes five to seven days to go through the shop.Day six still no updates from the dealership. This time I call and ask for a manager I spoke with Daniel he found out the truck was sent to Speck Dodge for repairs. I was told repair would take four days. Once again no updates. I called and left messages finally Chandler called me back for updates . Chandler was helpful and did update me. Truck set at Dodge dealership for several days before repairs were completed. I asked for truck to be detailed again there was hay I the bed , dash , carpet and windows were dirty. Truck was finished on the 24th . When I arrived to pick up truck they did not clean truck hay in bed,carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed,all the window stickers still on and had to ask for temp license plates to be installed so I could leave. All in all there was no communication and very disappointed in cleanliness or lack of detail. The worst dealership experience. More
