Horrible service department Their service department does not have a clue as to what they are doing! I brought my truck in for an oil change and to check on a tire pressure senso Their service department does not have a clue as to what they are doing! I brought my truck in for an oil change and to check on a tire pressure sensor default. Get here and there is also a recall, never received any notification. They have two different service departments, one for oil/tire and whatever else, and a second. They have no clue what the other one is doing. Nothing but confusion, no one knew where my truck even was. They need a serious management overhaul! Will be going to “any” other ford dealer in the future! Addition: got a mile down the road and realized the tire pressure sensor default was still on. I take it back, oh guess the recall or sensor were never actually checked... ahhhhh! This place is horrible!!!! More
