Mr. Quinn, You were given an estimate to repair your vehicle on 02/12/2015. The estimate was approximately $2,000. Ten months later you returned to inquire if the diagnose and cost were still the same, which they were. On the 29th of December, We received your inquiry through our internet department about a new truck. The trade-in was not here as it has not run since February of 2015. The sales manager that day printed a NADA used vehicle showing its value of around $8,900 in good condition. Because the vehicle had not been run for 10 months the manager assumed it may have a blown engine, which lowered the trade-in value significantly. When the salesman told you the value of the trade-in you became very vocal on the showroom floor. At that time the sales manager introduced him self and explained the value of the trade. Your response being that you were not happy with Ford Motor Company or Gus Johnson Ford and would never return. Mr. Quinn we would like you to know you are certainly welcome here and if you want to resolve what is really wrong with the vehicle, set up a meeting with our service manager to determine what the true cost of the repair would be. It was never our intent to mislead you, as that is not how we do business. Sincerely: Gus Johnson Ford
