Your service advisor, Jeff Kiehn was excellent to deal with. Jeff knew my Escape was important to me and when he couldn't get ahold of me he had needed service done and I very much appreciate that. The crew is amazing - my planned repairs/maintenance were estimated to take longer than they actually did twice in the last month. This facility is always packed but I have had nothing but great experiences here and plan to continue bringing my vehicle to them into the future. More
This was an urgent issue that needed immediate attention in order to make the vehicle driveable. The service staff listened to the issue and responded quickly and and accurately. Yet again, my two weeks extended appointment was confirmed by email. My staff followed up with a phone call as an additional effort and we were assured that we were indeed scheduled for a 7:15am ser confirmed by email. My staff followed up with a phone call as an additional effort and we were assured that we were indeed scheduled for a 7:15am service. When we arrived at the service department we were met with dissolution as to who we were, why we were there and that the service department had no clue we were coming. The original delay was for lack of parts to add a damper to our steering components, per Ford recall. The service attendants said no part was marked for us and that our appointment was likely unnecessary. When we affirmed we wanted the recall completed, they located the required piece from an other work order and proceeded to work us in. Finally, at the end of day we were informed our F-250 was ready to go, however it would now need tires and a complete alignment. At 24,000 miles? I think not. We stopped using Gus Johnson for service as this is typical of the results we encountered then. Obviously Corwin Ford has only achieved a name change so far. C’mon man, GYST Dan Glover More
Great dealership. Responsive service department. Service check in procedure needs some work. There's not enough room to get off the street when waiting to check in. Responsive service department.
