Passed the buck when it came to warranty work. I'm left to figure out rental vehicle that was supposed to be handled by dealership. $1300 out again after buying the corwin warranty package. Stefan made an incorrect assumption regarding the mechanism for damaged wiring requiring repair. When I advised the service department I would not proceed with their services and would be picking up mechanism for damaged wiring requiring repair. At that time Freddie stepped in and said he would take over speaking with the extended warranty advisor. In the end the wiring was spliced together and the wiring harness was NOT replaced. I believe a bandaid was their manner of resolution, not working with the extended warranty company to do more permanent repair which is why the wiring was spliced together and the wiring harness was NOT replaced. Anything to shut me, the customer up and send away. My husband and I are both Ford pickup users but have no intention on going back to Corwin. More
