Well if you want a dealership that doesn't stand behind the product it sells you have come to the right place. Won't take recall appointments at all! Paid for bumper to bumper warranty when bought car one year ago, needed to make appointment to have an axle seal replaced. The worst service department I have ever experienced. They outright lied to me about scheduling. They had me bring my vehicle in there and told me it would be ready the same day. It wasn’t until I had been waiting around for approximately five hours that they told me they needed to keep it overnight. They don’t answer their phones when you try to call them in fact, when you do call their service operator, you get hung up on without anyone taking the call. Every service advisor is impossible to access by telephone. Absolutely poor service. Don’t take your vehicle there. Probably not a good idea to purchase your vehicle there if you’re planning on getting it serviced there. More
Corwin Ford's service was extremely bad and downright unethical or illegal. I brought my 2018 Ford Mustang to be serviced because the vehicle seemed to clunk when put from park to drive. It was a simple motor mount replacement which is at most 1 hour, maybe 2 of a job. The quote for the work? $1,350. I had third party warranty on the vehicle with $500 deductible, so I bit the bullet and offered to be serviced. Original estimate for procuring motor mounts was 1 week. I call the service advisor after 1 week, and he says it's going to be another week just to receive the parts. I asked him for part number so that I can buy the mount myself, and all of a sudden parts are available in 2 days. Now, the quote given to me for the service and what was approved was $1,350. But, they charged the insurance company $2200!!!! Not a single cent above the already extremely overpriced $1,350 for two motor mount replacement was approved by me, this is downright unethical and maybe illegal. Furthermore, the man had not submitted invoice to the warranty company for almost 2 weeks, and when I wanted to pick up the vehicle, he said it could be another 2 weeks. The service advisor was jerking me around too much, hence I paid for all of the service ($1,350) and walked away with my car, as the dealership said they will cut me a check for the difference once payment is received. The Service Advisor for me was Luke. I liked Pat and the sales folks, but I had the absolute worst experience with this service advisor. More
We took our Ford Edge in for scheduled service, and they did nt have it ready when stated. We paid for ALL the service protection to take care of our investment, and when we picked it up there was a questio did nt have it ready when stated. I waited and waited to speak to the tech. that was supose to do the work, then finally he availed himself. We spoke with our service rep. and the tech stated that he did it, then that he didn't, finally told us a reason he did not perform the work. I left feeling very inscure as to the quality of ALL the service, and had to wonder what to believe they did and did not do. I do not feel all warm and fuzzy, that they are there to take care of our vehicle, our investment, and give us what we allready paid for upfrount. The next day I went to an auto shop and bought a windshield wiper blade for our front window, that I had them to check/look at. I then later called the service Mgr. to discuss our issues, and he never returned my call at all.. poor, poor, poor... Jim H More
My family purchased 4 vehicles from Corwin Ford within the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the check engine light come on, on my truck, and the truck started running rough. Called today to get it seen, they can't look at it until the end of March. As a primary vehicle the only advice they could give me was " I am sorry we are very busy with vehicle warning lights, wipers flying off, etc., that is the best we can do". So if you purchase a vehicle from Corwin Ford, keep the less than adequate service department in mind. More
I have a complaint regarding the service department. I have a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that I recently had serviced and had other repairs and recall work done, before I brought the vehicle to the deale I have a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that I recently had serviced and had other repairs and recall work done, before I brought the vehicle to the dealership, my usb ports and 110V outlet were working correctly. When I picked up the vehicle after repairs were done, I noticed that my battery seemed discharged and gave me a warning on the sync screen, telling me it was shutting off system to reserve power, I also noticed none of my usb ports nor my 110V worked now. one of the usb ports weren't even tightened down and flush with the surrounding trim, making it impossible to insert any usb cable I brought the vehicle back to the Corwin Ford dealership, Sean Bouthillier swears up and down there is no way the techs who worked on the vehicle did anything to cause the mentioned failures, The vehicle has been sitting in the service drive torn apart since 12/22, with no answer as to what is wrong with the vehicle. I had to call Sean Bouthillier 3 times in one day alone, I text him and emailed him, Wednesday 12/28 he said he would talk to the tech, I called him yesterday 12/29 , he hadnt even bothered to talk to the tech. Every time I bring my vehicle to the dealership, the techs seem to break something or forget something. I shouldn't have to inspect my vehicle every time to check their work. They get paid to do that, I don't More

Took my car in to Corwin October 2021 to get transmission fixed under recall warranty, it has sat there for just over a year now and not once has anyone updated me on the status of the car! I have called 5 t fixed under recall warranty, it has sat there for just over a year now and not once has anyone updated me on the status of the car! I have called 5 times asking about it over the past year and all they have said up to this last call that they are waiting on the part. This last time as I left a VM for the service manager he stated they would order the part again. during this last year they have not fixed any of the recall issues it has as I still get notices from Ford and they have not fixed the brakes as I have asked them to do. They did put in a battery when it first came into their shop so I assume it's dead now and will need to be replaced again. This dealership does not care about the customer! I have waited a year to write this review and would rate them worse than it was when it was Jones West. While my car has sat for over a year and all the seals and fluids and parts will be going bad from not being used, it's not just that it has taken so long but the additional damage they are causing by letting it sit for so long. The finance dept has managers and employees who are very professional. The service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever seen.
