We discussed coming in for a test drive the following Monday. When we arrived, James was on lunch, but everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful until he returned. Being a Z Plan customer, all of my questions and inquiries were answered quickly. When we asked about the Ranger in the showroom, James quickly offered a test drive, moving things around to get it out. After the purchase, James was very helpful ensuring we understood the systems before finally pulling off. We had ordered running boards and a bed liner and an appointment was scheduled the day day, with excellent work being performed at a third party within a week with no hassles.Overall, a great buying experience.
