No personal service on call in Poor service when your call in goes nowhere, when you call in the call center transfers your call to the service desk operator where you ask for the s Poor service when your call in goes nowhere, when you call in the call center transfers your call to the service desk operator where you ask for the service department to make an appointment which you are transferred to an answering machine in the service department where you have to leave a message for a service representative to return your call, that never happens, I've tried not once but four different times and get no were, no return calls ever from them. If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help. More
