We have tried dealing with this dealership to get a refund on work done by a private repair shop because ford did not have the recalled part. But the repair shop was able to get the part when it broke. The service writer basically lied when he said he would submit our receipt to ford for a refund. Which he never did. Now, 2 months later the service manager knew nothing about our claim. He says he will submit the paperwork to ford…it will take another 4-6 weeks to get an answer. Very shoddy customer service. More
