Service was good and was on time Like to know for the update before it happened though that would’ve been nice update before it happened though that would’ve been nice More
Nick Cox is a good service advisor. He keeps you informed on parts status and service progress. The technician used care in moving and test driving my car. He keeps you informed on parts status and service progress. The technician used care in moving and test driving my car. More

The salesman was great, the deal went smoothly. However, when looking at the car of interest it was noticed that the seat belts were all damaged. The salesman offered to have the damage replaced However, when looking at the car of interest it was noticed that the seat belts were all damaged. The salesman offered to have the damage replaced and it was written into our buyers agreement. We were told that the service department would contact us within the week. Only they didn't. We called the service department and they had no answers. After a week we contacting the salesman he said that he'd follow up with the service department and get back to me. He replied and told me that they had ordered it and that they'd call me. Eventually after so many more days past... still no contact. Now it's been a month. I contacted the salesman again and the only response that I got was sorry, I don't know what to tell you... drive down there and find out. When I told him that I shouldn't have to drive all of the way down there for more run around when I should just be able to get a date and time to get the problem solved, but I got no response after that. Nick wasn’t great from the start. He talks a big line and smiles through his teeth while not giving me the total information. Not dishonest but not giving the whole story. I brought He talks a big line and smiles through his teeth while not giving me the total information. Not dishonest but not giving the whole story. I brought my truck to him for service one day he explained the worked needed to be completed through the quick lane side. I explained an additional item I needed looked at (the 7 pin plug) and he requested I make an additional appointment for that with the service side, which I did for the following week. As with any service the quick lane did an extensive inspection of my vehicle and recommended servicing the air filter, cabin filter, and the 2 fuel filters. I paid for this service as they suggested. The following week when I took my truck back to Nick he explained it would take 3 days just to diagnose the issue with the 7 pin plug. On or about the third day I started trying to get some information because there was no communication as to how it was going. One of the first pieces of info I received was that my truck FAILED the inspection! And yes he tells me the Air filter, cabin filter and fuel filters failed (even though they were replaced one week earlier) and that both front and rear differential oil needed replaced. Even the transmission fluids and cooling fluids were a concern. My truck has 28,984 miles. I started to question why this inspection was done because it was already done a week earlier and asked how the filters failed when they were brand new and Nick because agitated with me and even said I sounded upset. I wasn’t I just didn’t understand how that could happen. How could they fail a physical inspection when they are brand new?? Sounds fishy to me. I even suggested that if this work wasn’t performed and only the work I requested my truck could have been completed much earlier. Nick didn’t seem to like how I communicated so I quit talking let him tell me all his excuses and he became very apologetic taking the blame for the issue. With his salesman smile and word salad he assured me the work was completed. When I took my truck and trailer out hunting again the next day the 7 pin plug started doing the same thing. My lack of trust with Corwin Ford stems from the direct communication and lack of trust whatsoever in Nick. He should have been able to see that my truck was in the shop one week earlier and had the inspection and repaired the items (let alone remember me and that he’s the one who sent me to the quick lane and booked my appointment for the plug in the first place). Nick told me every time a vehicle comes into their shop they perform a complete inspection. If this is true you’re wasting my time and money and possibly loosing money as a business. Especially when during each inspection you find that the work you claim needs to be completed has already been completed. Someone is being very dishonest or you need a new inspector that can 1) know if a vehicle has been into your shop within a week! And 2) knows a new filter from a worn out filter. also when I go to the ford website and look up my truck by vin number I don’t find that all these items were due yet at all. Nick also noted on my report that I own a King Ranch F350 I do not. It’s a Lariat. More
