I love Corwin Ford, I bought my car from them and have had them take care of any of my service needs. My radio stopped working and Cassey took care of me from start to finish keeping me informed throughou had them take care of any of my service needs. My radio stopped working and Cassey took care of me from start to finish keeping me informed throughout. The technician found a couple of minor things that Cassey brought to my attention. The guys in the service dept where I get my oil changed are AWESOME!! Im disappointed that since sept i have been waiting for my 2nd key. I have taken my truck in for a warranty claim two times now due to it not working in freezing weather. They put "magic" grease in it once and said they couldn't do anything the second time. I am not stuck and unable to work because it's 34 degrees and it still doesn't work. They were able to make it happen for them the first time but because the weather is warmer and it only freezes up when it freezes. More
