Had a brake issue due to drained fluid from a burst / leak somewhere. had it diagnosed quick enough but there were challenges with my aftermarket parts. Delays progressed and turned this into a 3 month j leak somewhere. had it diagnosed quick enough but there were challenges with my aftermarket parts. Delays progressed and turned this into a 3 month job. As one piece of the system got checked / fixed, the next piece in the chain was found to have issues. Communication mistakes and progress updates could have been quicker to eliminate a lot of the delays. Needs better coverage when people are out. Ultimately things were resolved, but could have been a lot smoother. More
