Very poor Purchased a vehicle that is having major problems only 2 months after purchase. Contacted the dealership and they would not help in anyway to resolve Purchased a vehicle that is having major problems only 2 months after purchase. Contacted the dealership and they would not help in anyway to resolve issues besides only trying to sell me more warranty that would not even cover the problem. Brought the vehicle to a mechanic that said it was a PRE-EXISTING problem , again contacted dealership and was LAUGHED at! They will not stand by what they sell, and laugh at you when you find out they sold you a lemon. Would not recommend. More

Too Smooth We were looking at the Dodge Durango to be our next family vehicle for well over a year. Finally got serious about it and called a few dealerships clo We were looking at the Dodge Durango to be our next family vehicle for well over a year. Finally got serious about it and called a few dealerships closer to where we live. Just didn't go right at those dealerships.(Felt like the tin man trying to move being all rusted up). Decided to give Corwin a call 3 1/2 hours away and they were more than willing to work with us. Treated us better than I could ask for and things went SMOOTH. Chantelle, Greg, Brant, Sarah, and Luke were the folks I was associated with and it wasn't the normal meet these people, make a deal and leave. I consider these folks as friends and will without a doubt go back to Corwin every time. Thanks for making car buying a GREAT time! More

no accountability Brought in vehicle for tires. Was supposed to receive a call when completed, did not get a call. Job was completed at 4:30. Called Service departmen Brought in vehicle for tires. Was supposed to receive a call when completed, did not get a call. Job was completed at 4:30. Called Service department at 6:30, was told they had no record of my vehicle being in. Service manager called and said he was looking into it and would call back. Was given a ride to the dealership, went in looking for service manager, he had left for the day. Service writer was gone and not answering personal phone. Was able to resolve issue with a different service writer. Found out my service writer didn't enter my information into the system. I have not received a follow up call on my experience, nor do I expect one. I won't be doing business with the service department again, and have advised family and friends to do the same. More
