From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle — not just making a sale. He answered all my questions, explained the features clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone honest, patient, and professional, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. More
I had my oil changed the end of December and the oil light came on in March. I waited over a month to bring it in and I only have a little over 5600 miles on my vehicle. The “need an oil change” sticker light came on in March. I waited over a month to bring it in and I only have a little over 5600 miles on my vehicle. The “need an oil change” sticker on my windshield stated the next one will be at 9350 miles. So, I did not know if there was an issue with the oil sensor or light, if it was not reset properly during my last oil change at the Jeep dealership, or if I was actually was having an issue with my vehicle. When I pulled into the bay, I had no idea if I was parked in the right spot. No one greeted me and I had to go up to someone to talk to them first. I felt like I was a bother. After the service work was done, I asked about my oil change and Scott said he was going to ask me about that. I explained the situation to him and he said that I should monitor it, but I should be good for 10,000 miles. My oil light is still on. “Your vehicle needs an oil change” reminder pops up each time I turn on my vehicle. My Jeep app still states that my oil level is at 0% remaining. Now instead of needing an oil change at 9350 miles, I wasted getting an oil change to have a new one at 10,000 miles. Now, I have to come back in there and have the gauges or whatever reset which should have been looked at based on what I had mentioned previously. So, was my oil actually changed? No one talked to me about possibly fixing the crack in my windshield, but perhaps you don’t fix that sort of thing, but I was surprised. More
Friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my car and got everything I wanted in a new vehicle and even added in some extras to make it even more tailored to me. Bought my car and got everything I wanted in a new vehicle and even added in some extras to make it even more tailored to me. More
