Will be the first and last vehicle purchased at this dealership. Customer service was mediocre, tension noted amongst co workers during purchase, manager never showed up when requested, declined to give dealership. Customer service was mediocre, tension noted amongst co workers during purchase, manager never showed up when requested, declined to give my second set of keys stating they could not find them!!!! Had to wait almost 3 weeks to get 2nd pair of keys when they could have done it at the dealership! Time is money-no consideration whatsoever to new clients! Purchased accessories and other upgrades and they lacked coordination in setting up! Had to come multiple times to dealer in order to have upgrades done and once done they turned in the vehicle filthy with dirt all over the place! More

Doors were always opened and everyone was so courteous. Robert was great, very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. He understood what we wanted and was able to find us a perfect vehicle. Brittany in finance is also top-notch, super bright, friendly and professional. Luke J. was also super helpful with the after-market add ons. A+ for these three all the way around!! The manager was friendly and very professional. Also everyone makes it clear that if you have any questions going forward they are here for you. They aren't going to abandon you after the sale.
