Incompetent and dishonest. This is why dealers get bad reputation. We took our Grand Cherokee to Corwin Jeep to have a module programmed. They had the vehicle for approximat This is why dealers get bad reputation. We took our Grand Cherokee to Corwin Jeep to have a module programmed. They had the vehicle for approximately 1 month. Due to the high cost of this module at over $3,200, we chose to supply the dealer a used module. We were originally quoted $165 for the programming. A week in, Corwin requested to remove the bumper to gain access to the module for $850 we accepted and had not heard since. Finally coming close to a month long repair, we reached out to Corwin and was told that the technician wasn’t able to program the module and that the only option was the $3,200 new module, we declined and later took the vehicle to Don Vance Jeep to get it programmed. Using the same module we supplied Corwin, Corwin charged us $850 and still not able to finish the job unless we spend $3,200 on a new module. Whereas Don Vance Jeep was able to get my vehicle in and out within 30 minutes and that it only costed $75. We were told the bumper does NOT need to be removed to install/reinstall this module, that Corwin had charged us $850. Chance Boomer was our service advisor at Corwin. He had asked us to keep him informed of the outcome. Afterwards I had a visit with Mr Boomer to tell him of the outcome. He then asked a gentleman under the name of John, whom I was perceived to be a manager, had stopped by and told me that there is nothing he could assist. No apology. No empathy. Awful experience nonetheless. More
Purchased our car here a few months ago and Owen was great, I highly recommend him. Took the car in today for service,, oil change and tire rotation. One star is 5x more than deserved. Vehicle in service dept for over a month. Zero communication or concern for customers. Performed services without my consent unrelated to issue at hand after I declined services. Never return calls unless you ask for a manager (manager never calls back). Brought my Ram pick up in for a engine light on dash and 12 volt power/lighter not working. Was told have it there before 7am, at 9 am I called and it hadn’t been checked in yet. Stood long enough at a service desk I thought I was at wrong place and walked out into service bay where they said, I was in the right place. Finally being switched to the third person I find out my truck still hasn’t been checked in yet! I had to borrow a vehicle because I go to work between one and three am and taxis don’t run at that time. A huge thumbs down Corwin, not a happy customer here...I guess the new phones in that new building not working???? More
I recently went in on my birthday to have my oil changed as I have routinely for the past 4 years. After the three hours it took to have that done I got my car and was on my way. On the way home I noticed a loud scraping noise and when I got home I was shocked to see the shield under my car dragging and the screws missing. the next day I started to hear a loud scraping from my rear brakes. I called back to schedule an appointment to have it fixed and communicated I only have one car and I needed to schedule a time to have it done so it could be done the same day. I was assured 2pm was plenty of time. upon arrival I explained my situation because none of the notes I was told was put into the appointment were there and was told I would be in and out shortly. 2 hrs later I went to get an update and had to be asked my name 3 times and then watched as they checked every stack of papers and then said ill go check on it, it was for an oil change right? following my correcting him I watched and he walked through the garage and backlot seeming like my car was nowhere to be found. finally, I was to it will be done in 30 min. An hour later I went to check in again and was told the shield was secured but the rear brake pads were digging into the rotors and they didn't know how that could have happened, and then after me expressing my frustration was told it would be $300 to fix, but the noise was fixed but get the parts replaced soon. I communicated I will be going somewhere else and went on my way. on my way home the noise remained, I attempted to call the rep I spoke with back and went to VM and then was told the service mgr was gone and I could leave a note, after saying why I wanted to speak with him was hung up on by the lady on the phone. I then got home to find the wood screws I put in to keep the shield up still there and nothing was done in the last 3 hours. I then called again to speak with a service mgr and now he is in a meeting and since they're about to close I probably won't be able to talk to him. I then asked for another person and was given an unidentified VM who was supposed to be a sales mgr. the irony is I just took a 12-hour road trip with no issues with my breaks. If you like your car in working condition do not take it here. More
I recently came in for a recall on my jeep, I was worried coming into the service department as I had never been here before. I was greeted immediately by a very cute man (ladies). He told me he was the assi coming into the service department as I had never been here before. I was greeted immediately by a very cute man (ladies). He told me he was the assistant manager and would get me checked in. He went over the recall and made sure I knew what would be done. I waited in the waiting room while it was being worked on, everything was clean and even had snacks. I was told the recall could be around an hour. Zach came in around 45min and let me know my vehicle was completed, he walked me to my car, handed me my paper, and went over the what they did again. The whole visit was very easy and fast. Thank you! More

7 hrs of waiting I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not funct I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not functioning correctly. 2 preset stations on the sound system is deleted when you shut the truck off. Arrived at 9am as appointment was made 3 weeks prior (3 Weeks) wow!! Was told if it was going to take long they would get me a loner. After 3 hours I went out to the service department asking how it was going and was told they almost hand it. At 5 hrs I did the same thing and was told they were finishing up. At 7 hrs I was told they had been in touch with Chrysler and they couldn’t figure out a fix . So after 7 hours , there wasn’t 1 time a service department person came into the waiting room to inform me of progress or problems, I always had to chase someone down to find out what was going on. To top it off I left with nothing but a oil change and tire rotation and a half xxx exclamation that they don’t know what is going on or how to fix it. I know it’s a new truck but , the 19 s have been out almost a year and you would think they would have the bugs worked out. All in all this service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. You missed this one Corbin Dodge. More

He made sure everything was addressed efficiently and honestly which really impressed me. My car is a special care item being a Spider Fiat and he made sure it got the attention it needed. Corwin Dodge definitely made sure they have the best in service with employees like him. I know I can trust that my car is in good hands at Corbin Dodge. More
