Wonderful experience. I have never gone to Corwin-Dodge before, really didn't know much about the business. I emailed the day before that I would be coming in to look for I have never gone to Corwin-Dodge before, really didn't know much about the business. I emailed the day before that I would be coming in to look for a SUV. That next day a very nice man welcomed me at the door. I then meant Gary BeDell , what a wonderful very polite man he was. He treated me like family when we meant. He walked me outside to show me around talked to me like a human being and even when I would ask a silly question he never made me feel insecure. He helped me all morning and even went without lunch to make sure I was happy with my experience. I bought a new SUV and I felt he was as happy for me as I was. He went out of his way to show me where everything was located and how everything worked in my new SUV. AND... his willingness to go above and beyond didn't end at the sale of the truck! He made everything from start to finish seemingly smooth! We had also scheduled to bring it back for the installation of cab lights a couple days later, at which time Tyler was one step ahead of the game the entire way, sending us pictures shortly after completion of installation, and having the truck all ready to pick up when we got there for pick up!
