A pleasant purchasing experience Because I was an hour away from the dealership I was able to pre-negotiate pricing. When I did arrive I was greeted by the salesman and sales manager. New truck sales by Rich Broom Rich Broom put up with us constantly roaming the lot looking for the right truck. Usually the trucks were all slightly different than what I believed Rich Broom put up with us constantly roaming the lot looking for the right truck. Finally a truck arrived that fit the bill. Rich Broom was great with assistance in getting the truck bought quick and easy. Exceptional Customer Service! I walked into the dealership to take a closer look at the new Challenger. Patrick McCann greeted me. I didn't think I was going to be able to make it work but Patrick introduced me to Adam Mackenzie the Sales manager and I found there were several purchasing options, including checking for all factory incentives. Before I knew it I was headed to finance to talk with Kevin Ross who was able to help me work in an extended warranty. It was a fun, low stress experience. Every person that I encountered was extremely professional and listened to what I was saying, which in my opinion, is the most important thing when you are making this type of purchase.
