1 hr and 50 min for an oil change. Holy cow. Was told would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for oil change. An hour and 50 minutes later its done and no comment of, "sorry about th Holy cow. Customer Connection I recently decided to to put myself back into a Ram truck. Corwin Dodge of Springfield, MO. is the closet Ram dealership. So, I decided to swing by an I recently decided to to put myself back into a Ram truck. Corwin Dodge of Springfield, MO. is the closet Ram dealership. So, I decided to swing by and see what they had and what kind of a deal would they give me on my GMC trade in. I have to tell you that this was a very nice experience. My salesman, Mr Tyler Ross, was an extremely nice young man who went out of his way to meet my expectations and made a personal connection with me, the customer. He made the whole experience, how should I put this....truly no hassle and quite pleasant. Our first purchase at Corwin Our Salesman - Mike Barnes - was great....ask for him. He knows his inventory and the in/outs with the vehicles available upon the lot. Mike was very helpful, honest, worked for the price I had set, got supervisors involved to make me happy on the dollar amount between the unit was purchase and our trade in. Now, this comment does not take away from Mike, and we are all adults. The financial officer was truly a nice man, and we must realize he has a job to do. However, as he was putting papers in front of us to sign, he did not discuss the term and rate of the loan. I had to ask what it was, and told him I could beat what he presented to us. He made a call and matched our rate from our credit union. The old expression....Buyer Be Ware.....is true in anything we purchase. Always know and understand what you are signing, read the printed words, if you have questions....ask. That is how we as humans beings upon this earth must work and be. Again, my written words above are a positive reflection upon Mike Barnes and a reminder to all of us, to take time to be informed upon the paperwork presented to us to sign. More

Someone came in and worked a deal on same car they sold it to them. Told me someone in person takes priority over a app filled out online even though they had started working on mine. Was never called I had to call them on Wed. And was told we sold it at 7pm last night (Tuesday) was told well they make more, kept saying what difference would it have made had we called you Tuesday when we sold cause it wouldn't have changed a thing we would have still sold it! As soon as they seen someone else making a deal on that car they quit working on mine!!!!! Was called Dorothy cause I had mentioned I had looked at cars in Kansas. WOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! !!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CORWIN AND WILL DEFINITELY LET ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW!!÷ More
