Ty called ahead and Kent Holloway met us and, as he was working with someone already, introduced us to Bill Strong. Bill was awesome. Friendly, knowledgable and asked the right questions to determine what we wanted, needed and could afford. After we were approved and were waiting for the final signing, Bill took us around to meet anyone we would deal with in the future such as the service and parts departments. All in all, an excellent experience. Never felt pressured and ended up with a better vehicle thanI was imagining I would get.
