Warranty van repair, ended up buying a new van. We were in Branson, from Minneapolis, Minnesota for vacation and our van broke down. The lead manager of the repair shop got wind of our situation and started calling around to find our part to get our van repaired within a day. We've had terrible problems with our Dodge van since we purchased it in 2013. Corwin offered to pay-off our van if we could pick out a new or used vehicle in it place. We jumped on that and ended up using their finance to close the deal. great experience. Paul in repair department was absolutely amazing! Everyone we worked with there went out of there way to make sure we were happy and satisfied! Highly recommend! More

I don't know how people on Springfield do business but I would NEVER encourage and endorse some rude company to get rich on your dime. More

I was impressed that he gently steered me from a FIAT that was over my desired monthly payment to two others that I liked even more. He was a great source of information about the FIAT. He is one of two FIAT specialists working at Corwin. By the time he suggested a test drive, I was feeling my trust of him and the FIAT 500 X build. Sitting across from him at his desk could have been an unnerving experience but it wasn't. He explained DATA Dots but there was no pressure to buy. Step by step he stayed with me, answered all of my questions, and gave me a tour of the dealership. The signing of papers presented by Kevin Ross was a pleasant experience. He also answered all my questions, even the same one before I signed each page. I never felt rushed to make a decision to buy. I did buy and it was my decision. I drove off the lot with a brand new red FIAT 500 X. Today at work, my co-workers looked at the car and responded "That's YOU!" Everyone thought the car was absolutely outstanding and so are Will, Kevin, Rick, and Corwin Dodge. More

At test drove at 3 different dealerships, when I arrived on their lots I explained the items that were important to me for the vehicle. I had a good experience at the others but this salesman was just the right amount of customer service, not overbearing and trying to push me into something, but encouraging to find the right vehicle. Which I did with them. After making the decision, the other individuals I dealt with all treated me with respect and was mindful of my time. More
