Exceptional Customer Service! I walked into the dealership to take a closer look at the new Challenger. Patrick McCann greeted me. I didn't think I was going to be able to make it work but Patrick introduced me to Adam Mackenzie the Sales manager and I found there were several purchasing options, including checking for all factory incentives. Before I knew it I was headed to finance to talk with Kevin Ross who was able to help me work in an extended warranty. It was a fun, low stress experience. Every person that I encountered was extremely professional and listened to what I was saying, which in my opinion, is the most important thing when you are making this type of purchase. Zach at Corwin is AWESOME I initially stopped by the dealership on the weekend to browse the lot with no intentions of trading. I found a Charger that I fell in love with since I initially stopped by the dealership on the weekend to browse the lot with no intentions of trading. I found a Charger that I fell in love with since I had always wanted a charger - it was loaded and was at a reasonable price. I did some research on the vehicle and on the dealership and saw that both had good reviews and went to talk with little to no intentions of trading. Zach came out and was friendly and low pressure. He was able to answer my questions, was easy to talk to, and was low pressure. I had no intentions of trading, but him and his sales manager were willing to help me to get my payments down where I wanted them to help my dream of buying a charger become reality.
