They kept the truck all day for an oil change and tire rotation. When I tried pick up the I had to wait for tire rotation because they said the wheel lock was not where I said it was, so I waited 45 minut rotation. I am so disappointed in the level of customer service and professionalism that I received from the service department. I went into the dealership to order three parts for my GMC truck, and the service advi professionalism that I received from the service department. I went into the dealership to order three parts for my GMC truck, and the service advisor, Kitt Ramey, assisted me with the process. He told me he would call me when the parts came in or I could call him. After a week, I left two messages on his voice mail to check on the status of my order but he never responded. I had to go back to the dealership again to check on the order and I find out then that the parts were never ordered. After that, the general manger, Garrett Green, assisted me with ordering the parts and offered me a 10% discount on the order. On the day I took my truck in for service one of the parts was ordered incorrectly causing additional inconveniences. In addition, a $14.50 shop supply surcharge was added to my bill. This seemed odd to me as the only service preformed was the changing of the driver's side seat cover. As I tried to resolve this issue with the general manager, I informed him that I might be posting a review on Yelp and calling General Motors. His response to me was, "I look forward to it." He simply then walked away. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service department to anyone. More
Awaiting unexpected return of my truck I had my 100K mileage service last week, Jan 29, they recommended only 3 mechanical reairs. Greg Alexaner was great keeping me informed.(5 stars). They reschedule me for FEB 7, today as they needed all genuine GMC PARTS, cool😃 I drop it off to Diego Garcia, he notes my provided last week recommendation schedule for today service. I inform of the check engine light came on 2days ago while drive but it idle & it ran ruff. Shorter Yet... After returning to Gmc via their shuttle at no point did I receive a status or recommended change. Diego responded in the world to lobby, once seen for a diff. Client. He "would check on status. Final ... Asst Mgmnt, Preston, informed my vehicle is in pieces and may be ready tomorrow. They will provide me a loaner vehicle until the repair is complete. No information was provided an the status of the vehicle !9 estimate or discussion of any change in service being done. No news good news👍🏻status info provided at 5pm. The shuttled me to Enterprise for their paid loaner vehicle. They will call me once my truck is do everything. . A difficult process for a disabled female with an unexpected retaintion of my vehicle. While at a high pain threshold THEY TOOK OVER AT GETTING ME OUTTA THERE At 515 pm and home ASAP! Very appreciated decision making. I put my trust in their words after numerous requests for some paperwork that was not provide My Faith in them is a blessing 😍 More
