The service staff is friendly AND efficient. I've had the opportunity to chat with most of them, including the mechanics, and they are ALL knowledgable and meticulous. Even the janitorial personnel smile at you. You are always greeted warmly. People go out of their way to see to your needs and comfort. The facility is always clean, and is well appointed. Parts stock is extensive and reasonable. I like spending time there. If I had more time, I'd work there for free just to be with these people. Under the current management and customer treatment, I'm a customer for life. More

It is one of the key differences between me going to a dealership versus a private auto shop. I also appreciate the extra care and attention provided by the auto mechanics with my vehicle. Doug did a good job keeping me apprised of what they were doing to the car, testing their work, driving it and making sure everything was OK. I would like to give a special thanks to the gal who helped me with a loaner car program. She was courteous, helpful and made all the difference in making the time without my vehicle bearable!
