We now have an I.O.U. for a car wash and gas tank. Really, is this the level of service expected from the staff? Vehicle was to be washed after service and was not. Vehicle was to be filled with a full tank after purchase and was not. After our very pricey Yukon Denali, we would have expected the service and sales staff to be more accommodating, friendly and professional. All of which we have yet to experience. We will be servicing and purchasing our next vehicle from the Carson City dealership. More

30,000 mile service The 30,000 mile service is the first major service on the vehicle. It took almost all day to do. Everything seemed to be in good order except the entertainment center screen. While doing the service the battery cable is disconnected to clean the terminals. When the vehicle looses battery power the Infotainment Center looses the pre-sets in its memory so we had to renter all of the preset data. This service is very expensive and I only had a coupon for $49.5 for the oil change. When it came time to pay the bill the service representative gave me a 10% senior discount which I did not even know about. This saved me $140. More
